Hunter is a senior trainer w/ profound knowledge of pumping iron, which helps lose weight and gain strength at the same time! Hunter emphasizes form, and form does maximize results: e.g. deeper stretching motions engage more fibers, to increase torque - Hunter is very mindful, however, that you do not get too and uncomfortably sore :) He is punctual and accountable, and expects mutual accountability regarding our fitness goals. A+++. Hunter has changed my life. He's teaching me to strengthen and sculpt my body using the most advanced training methods. Fitness is a science, and Hunter has lived it for over 40 years. He has helped me correct bad habits, fix problematic body issues, and is giving an education in fitness I did not expect. Lastly, he makes it possible to do two hours of work in less than an hour. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process for working with a new client is as follows: The first thing a client must do is complete the fitness profile. Which is a comprehensive analysis considering every aspect of who they are. Ranging from medical limitations, to how many years it's been since they've been on a workout schedule. Have they ever had a trainer before? All of these important historical questions must be answered before we proceed with a training program. Once you become a client I’m going to show you how to achieve your personal best in the shortest span of time possible! I use a three prong approach, 1. Custom weight resistance workout. 2. High-performance menu custom designed to fit your lifestyle and Pallet. 3. Daily reinforcement of positive visualization and a can do spirit.

I have trained every scenario imaginable from professional athletes to heart patients. From prenatal and postnatal women, too busy professionals. I can accommodate virtually any ones time and availability to find a way to assist someone with even the most modest of budgets.
