- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing definitely depends on the menu we create together and how many courses. As a rough estimate, full meals can be anywhere from $25-55/person. Fees involved include a private chef flat fee when cooking in-home or a catering delivery/set up flat fee on top of the price/person. We can do catering Drop And Go which can either be in disposables or, for smaller gatherings, food cooked in your own cookware as well as doing a Pick Up later for catering gear. Lots of options to fit what your vision is!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to chat about your event and see what you envision for the food and design a menu together, or provide you with several options and go from there! We can work within your budget and are very open with costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a previous contest cook and classes from the Culinary Institute of Cambridge, I've been cooking for over 20 years. I like to stay on top of food trends, however, I always listen to my clients first on what they love and think is delicious!
