My pricing reflects: experience, attention to detail/time, staff, travel, supplies
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication!!! we walk thru the home so the client can discuss areas to focus on & I also can ask queations/bring to the client's attention anything I may see before hand (ex: scratches, objects in the way of cleaning areas , broken items etc). I ask specific questions on what the client needs, what the clients does not like, I actually like when my clients are home the 1st couple of cleans so that we can get a feel for each other to ensure I am providing the service that they want. When the cleaning in finished, I ask the client to do a look over in every room as I walk with them. Once the client is satisfied, I see when/if another cleaning needs to be booked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 15 years of cleaning experience in residential & commercial. I have 2 years of post construction cleaning experience.
