Working out was a lifestyle after moe training me. I was a skinny stick I weighed in 95 pounds and age of 17 that was two months ago. He gave me a meal plan told me the supplement to take to help me build more muscle weight in natural way. I gained almost 10 pounds in one month. I started about 3 months ago. Right now I weigh 134 and I can look at my self in the mirror and see that I've been gaining muscle at the same time I'm shredding becuase I was skinny and have like 10% body fat or something around there I never eat any junk food only the meals that moe told me to consume. My goal weight is 160 at least by the end of summer if that's possible. For that I have to eat 6 meals a day but meals with protein, vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains and sometimes dairy. Always have a snack in between foods as he says to keep me consistent to your food eating.Apr 23, 2018
I've worked with him two days already starting to feel the burn. He's really good at what he does. With him training me I'm in good hands thanks moe. This is me on the right I'm going for muscle and burn fat to get shredded. He's only been working out 6 months all natural doesn't take any supplements only eats 3-4 times a day including breakfast and told me to do the same since we're the same structure.Apr 19, 2018
