- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many residential requests are what we call “Service Requests”. This is something that typically takes an hour to two hours at most. A “Service Request” cost is a set price for the first hour, then a discounted price for the 2nd hour. If the time takes longer than an hour it will be discussed right away, before charges are assessed. Call today to discuss the price for your next project! Check for any current specials, as we have them periodically!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Troy will either provide a price estimate for the service right away, or he’ll request to set up a time to look at the job. This is in order to provide a more accurate estimate, & is all depending on the project size & details given in the initial communication(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Troy Salerno has close to 20 years of electrical field experience. Throughout these years, Troy has taken 20 hours of Electrician continuing education classes every other year at an accredited college.
