Ashley is an amazing personal trainer. We’ve just begun working out together, so I’ll update my review in a few months but I’ve been so pleased with my initial sessions that I had to submit my initial reaction. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?In person training sessions are $50 for an hour session. I do offer a 5% discount on 12 or more sessions purchased in advance. Online coaching is $25 per training session. Nutrition packages range from $25 to $800 depending on what you need. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The consultation allows me to fully understand your fitness and wellness goals. I will have you preform a few simple movements so I can analyze your range of motion, mobility restrictions, and current fitness level. With that information, I custom create a training program that meets your needs and is designed to progress you toward your long term goals.
