Great way to find a personal trainer! I love that I don’t have to pay gym membership fees and that I pay the personal trainer by the session (rather than having to commit to a package)!

This app is so easy-it’s like on demand training! You get to pick who, when and where and can set it up so quick! I like that I can try to stick with the same trainer but if he’s not available, I can fill in with someone else. All the trainers I have worked with have been really knowledgeable and tailor the workout to what I want to focus on. Highly recommend- especially for people with busy or changing schedules!
