Introduction: My goal is to cook for my clients healthy food that tastes delicious. I pay great attention to detail to perfect every dish I make. My mastering of cooking techniques and using fresh, high quality ingredients guarantee my success. I make everything fresh from scratch, barbecue sauce, marinates, dressings, pasta, bread or cookie dough to list a few. This makes a big difference in flavor. I take inspiration for my dishes from French and Italian cuisines. I love grilling. I also cook Eastern European food as I am Polish. I have over 25 years of cooking experience. I will work with you to create a menu that meets your needs and preferences. I will shop for the ingredients, cook and clean afterwards. I find joy in cooking and I want to share it with my clients.

Food was awesome and Joanna was very nice. Was one of the best ducks I have had. The only other time I have had such good duck was in Europe at a couple of very nice restaraunts there.

I tried Joanna's coconut cinnamon waffles with a fried banana and walnut dressing. It was simply delicious and I know Joanna uses as many healthy ingredients as she can. I was super impressed.

Joanna makes amazing dishes. I have had the privilege of trying the roast rack of Lamb with garlic and herbs. The flavoring and texture of the meat was out this world. I have also had many of her specialty and dishes and soups ,everything just comes out perfect. Let me not get started on the desert. The blueberry and chocolate cake are great- not too sweet yet perfect for desert. To sum it all up,every ingredient Joanna touches turns into a great meal Do not hesitate to order as you will be fully satisfied. enjoy!
