- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If our insurance replacement program is used to pay for the roof replacement or if you are considering a new roof, windows and/or doors or new vinyl or cement siding, CTHR will provide you with a complete quote for your project. The price varies on the number of layers, the pitch of the roof, condition of existing windows and/or siding and any upgrades that the homeowner wishes to add-on such as exterior and interior trim, gutters, leaf guards, or copper flashing,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the first point of contact we ensure quality communication and expertise. We assess the damaged roof, and reach out to the homeowner's insurance company to start the process. For non-insurance projects we provide you a detailed quote based on what you would like to have done. Upon your approval, the pre-installation process begins. This is where all of the details of you project such as sizes & dimensions, product types, colors, state permitting, warranty and certification items are met. An install date is given, and upon that date, your project is completed in a timely fashion.
