Introduction: It is not me "doing" a project - it is "us" actively communicating, sharing ideas, experiences, and products to give you the bathroom, kitchen, or spare room face life you've been thinking about. The element of design and pre-construction process is one in which I am heavily vested in; the information that is compiled is openly shared between customer and myself, so that everyone is on the same page. Let me help you achieve the HGTV look and feel for a fraction of the cost, without cutting corners in regards to materials and methods. I've reinvented the General Contracting with technology and methodology to meet the demands of the 21st home owner, business owner, or landlord. I enjoy every aspect of a project. From the initial design (or designs!), capturing the wants, needs and style of the owner, and physically producing a finished project that not only meets their goals, but exceeds them. Working with my hands, and watching a project materialize from start to finish is a rewarding feeling - what makes my customers happy is what makes me happy.

Kevin with K2 property management redid an old bathroom floor to ceiling, new tub, tile work, closets, fixtures, etc and revamped my kitchen- new floor and refinished cabinets. Kevin was so easy to work with- he had exciting ideas and great designs. Kevin was a very effective communicator who was punctual and always on time. Kevin gave me an estimate for the job and actually came in UNDER the first price quote! I was more than satisfied and I already have him set up to do an outdoor landscaping project. I would highly recommend!

BFA Studio Art; Associates in Graphic Design; Associates in Construction Management. Started as a carpenters assistant, worked as a project manager for the largest general contractor in the Lehigh Valley; worked in the construction and maintenance department for a large natural gas utility company.
