3rd coast catering is awesome and such a delight to work with definitely 1st class. They went above and beyond with everything from setting up a menu to the food and servers. We had the flame grilled ribeyes with potatoes, green beans, and salad Which was simply amazing. The appetizers where above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each catering job is unique and as such will be priced differently. Our prices go from as low as $9.99 up to over $75.00+ depending on your choices. A typical "Drop off" service meal goes from $15-$19 per person, and the typical "served" meal goes from $25-$35 depending on how many servers we need. We feel we give you the more, better tasting food, than almost anyone in the business, the value and "over the top" service makes us unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we have discussed the menu and agreed upon a price, we will generate a contract. 50% of the agreed upon price is due to save the date. The balance (and any headcount changes) are due 2 weeks prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?This has been Chef Trey's family's passion for 3 generations, he grew up in the catering business, and with the help and support of his family has branched off on his own, to make his mark in the culinary world.
