- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment is set up according to customer's availability. We show up for all appointments! Once we meet in person, we listen to all the customer's requirements and ideas. We will them provide our customer with a free estimate and custom design along with a recent copy of our Business License, Workers Compensation Certificate and Liability Insurance. Once hired, we sign a legal affidavit guaranteeing that all materials used on your project are paid in full (State of Florida statute 3.713.06) and upon completing the work, we provide the customer with our warranty certificate.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with various residential and commercial customers from Jacksonville to Daytona Beach and all areas in between. These projects have included large driveways and custom planned patios, commercial parking, retaining walls and much more. We are dedicated to excellence—always. We commit ourselves to exceptional quality in both our projects and our customer relationships. No matter how big or small.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Request a copy of all Licenses, Workers Compensation Certificate and Liability Insurance. Once you hire your contractor, ask for a signed legal affidavit guaranteeing that all materials used on your project are paid in full (State of Florida statue 3.713.06).
