FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep pricing simple. Typically, personal training is set up on a 2x a week basis. Each session is a certain amount, and those sessions are bought in packages. I try not to have anyone commit to too long of a package because it's hard to predict the future. I sell two packages: 8 and 16 session packs. 8 session is $280 and 16 is $480.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process when working with a new team member is very simple. First will be the initial meeting, usually via email or text messaging to go over some easy questions of availability and and scheduling. This is important because if we aren't able to meet with one another, we can't actually work together. Next, would come the first face to face meeting. I would listen to what you're wanting out of a health and fitness program. I would ask enough questions and communicate enough to be able to create an individual plan of attack. Soon after our meetings, we would begin training.
