I used PCL to prepare my high end rental property for the new tenants. Steve completed every task to the highest standard, this included electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, delivery and install of appliances, and gas fitting work. PCL offer very competitive pricing and offer outstanding services for the cost. I will definately be using their services again in August when I need to prepare my other properties for rental.
