As a business owner I could not be more disappointed by a low review rating. Ratings have a significant impact on a business. Which can be either very good or very bad. I greatly respect and appreciate the review process because it helps separate us from lesser competition. In this instance, giving us a low review because we could not meet your budget is not acceptable for this process. As stated on the estimate we always encourage our potential clients to contact us because we do offer many suggestions as far as pricing. I have called and left voicemails to follow up and have not received any responses since the estimate was sent. As you can see from our other reviews from multiple other clients who HAVE hired us, we are a reliable and respectful business that goes above and beyond for our clients. After speaking with thumbtack reps it has been brought to our attention that you’ve have left the similar 2 star reviews for other pros without actually hiring them or leaving any comments. They are working diligently to remove your poor reviews. We see you marked us as “hired” so you could leave this poor review and then marked us and “not hired” and have chosen another contractor.
