Introduction: My firm strives to provide quality legal services at a reasonable cost. I listen to all of my client's issues and provide timely and effective assistance, seven days a week. I am a general practice firm, focusing primarily on family, real estate, and contracts law. It is extremely rewarding to draft a Separation Agreement between two parties who thought an uncontested divorce was hopeless. There is something to say about being able to choose your own new path, rather than have to leave it to the chance of costly and emotionally charged litigation. I enjoy keeping informed about the latest case law, and informing our clients of their rights. In certain situations, it is rewarding to simply provide a client with a voice, and that I am happy to provide.

Hired Tracey McNamara for what I thought was going to be a very messy divorce. After working with Tracey, she put my mind at ease that we could get through this, and hopefully, work with my ex and his lawyer to make this an uncontested divorce rather than going through 1000's of dollars and time over frivilous issues my ex had. While we were prepared for battle if needed, Tracey was able to work with the other party and his lawyer settle our divorce uncontested. Save me time, aggravation and money. She was readily available if I needed, responded quick to emails/texts and I was never left wondering.

Attourney McNamara helped guide me through a seemingly never ending, very difficult divorce...she always kept and fought for what was and is in the best interest of first my son and myself. Always quick to respond, confident in herself and what was at hand, she always managed to keep me from being overly anxious and focused on getting through what was in front of us. I am truly at a loss for the perfect words to describe how much Tracey is an amazing example of what a proper Attourney should be, especially in a family law setting where emotions can run high, she's the balance for that, the temper for just the right amount of "let's make this work vs " we aren't bending anymore" There is so much I want to say and the words just don't seem adequate enough, my only regret is not meeting Tracey sooner.

Payment plans, and pay by credit card are available. Depending on the details of case, hourly rates range from $125-$200/hr. We require an initial retainer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated law school summa cum laude in 2014 from UMass School of Law in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. I am registered to do Limited Assistance Representation, meaning I am able to assist you in specific areas of your case that you feel as though you need legal services.
