Ashley has a tremendous knowledge base and also truly understands how dogs look at the world around them.Apr 24, 2017Verified
Aside from her obvious devotion to dogs, Ashley's ability to connect with them, and gain their trust, is most impressive. She can get results that I thought impossible. I know I'll have to return from time to time, but now my relationship with my Shepherd is more positive than I thought it could ever be. Always being nervous about your dog getting out of control makes things very difficult. Thanks to Ashley, things are very different now.Mar 21, 2016Verified

Ashley does a great job with both the dogs and the owners. I am amazed at how my dog has learned with her and I have learned too! I am on my 4th class with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has an amazing ability to balance training the dog with encouraging and teaching the humans at the same time!Dec 28, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer free orientation and free puppy socialization. My services range from $39 for an open enrollment class, $141 for a group class (6 weeks total), $99 for a one hour private lesson, and $139 for private in home lesson. All classes and private lessons are sold in packages for cost saving where the more you sign up for the more you save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It depends on the type of dog training service, but all sessions begin either with an individual phone consultation or a small group orientation. In group classes I have the ability to keep them small (up to four dogs total) allowing me to give personal attention and when necessary individualized lesson plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In college I received my bachelors in science with a focus on animal behavior and premed requirements. Since graduating I went on to get my CPDT-KA (certification for professional dog trainers), AKC CGC evaluator certificate, TPU (Therapy Pets Unlimited) evaluator certificate, and PetSaver certification.
