My fiance and I began house hunting in March, by May we had found the home for us. Unfortunately, it being an older home, we were worried about what may be hiding in the home's walls. We had Dennis do a preliminary inspection on the home so that we could best assess our next moves.He was very attentive to even the smallest details and went as far as to explain to us what he was looking for and why! It truly gave us the peace of mind needed to move forward in the home buying process. We've since moved in to the home and absolutely love it! Thank you again, Dennis!

We encourage you to attend your inspection so that we can describe our process, explain our findings. point out important maintenance items and answer all of your questions. Following our evaluation, we will compile our findings in a easy-to-read report. which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of any issues we've discovered We will email you your report in as little as 24 hours, and our job isn't finished until you understand everything in it.
