- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and straight forward. We provide the customer with the option of an hourly and or flat rate. It all depends on the size and scope of the job, how many hands (laborers) are needed, whether or not there is a packing, assembly/disassembly involved and other factors as well We do not provide transportation. But can help consult or refer a customer to a one who provides that service. Our guys show up to either the load/unload location and move the items from either the vehicle to the home or from the home to the vehicle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves initial contact, an over the phone or in person estimate, and an established date and time for the move. Follow up is the day before and arrival is always punctual. Payment is due upon completion of the job - cash preferably
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 3 solid years of hands on experience (independently and professionally) in this particular field.
