FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very reasonable when it comes to private lessons. We supply the training food (providing no dietary restrictions with your dog) We also travel to your residence so your dog starts his or her training in the comfort of their own home. We can train outside the home for more advanced training. Remember, we come to you. Our customers do not have to waste their time or money in gasolone/tolls driving to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up our first private lesson as an evaluation of the dog, and then we will start introductory training the same day. Each lesson lasts a minimum of 1 hour, but it is not uncommon for us to go over the time with never any additional charges. Our goal is to make our customers happy and to change the unwanted behaviors of their dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with many dogs including everything from dogs looking for obedience to protection dogs in Law Enforcement. Some of my favorite trainers that I have attended courses with include Michael Ellis, Jeff Hankanson, Chad Hunter, and many others. I strive to continue my education seeking out some of the best trainers in the world and paying thousands for seminars and classes.
