- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing ranges anywhere from $40-70 per session. And this depends upon the clients needs and goals, preferred training locale, or one-on-one/couples training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I begin with a two part consultation. The first part (either over the phone or in person ) is a series of questions so I can get a idea of your lifestyle and goals. The second part is an actual physical assessment (done at the gym) so I can determine if there is any poor movement patterns, muscle imbalances, or limited range of motion. From this point I go over my notes to determine the best approach to help a client achieve their fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nationally accredited personal trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I've been living the fitness lifestyle, and training for almost a decade. Notice I said the word "living", because to me this is what it is...a lifestyle. I receive pure joy from what I do.
