JOHN KIPP IS A RELIABLE, ON-TIME AND FULLY EXPERIENCED GENERAL CONTRACTOR and a contractor that finished all my individual projects WITHIN BUDGET. All the other contractors used in the past were simply putting in time, used inexpensive materials and never ever showed pride-of-project-ownership ... that is until I met with JOHN KIPP. What a relief it is to know I can CALL JOHN KIPP and NEVER WORRY! THE BEST IS ALWAYS THE BETTER BUY.

John Kipp was responsible for installing several expensive home upgrade projects - Kitchen Cabinets, Kitchen Floor, Bathroom Floor, New Shower Stall with Tiles and Replacement Windows, and I couldn't be more pleased. John did all this work by himself because he is a master carpenter, knows plumbing, understands how important it is to measure twice/cut once when it comes to tile and wood...and he did all my major work for the agreed upon estimates. Before I found John I had six (6) different contractors giving me estimates. John is honest as pure rain water. You will never be disappointed with John except if you are on his waiting list!
