Introduction: I get super excited whenever I have a dog that needs behavioral help, and have an insane satisfaction to helping the dog become more balanced, and able to function properly with the family. There is nothing more saddening than an angry, unstable dog to me, and neither the dog, nor the family, deserves such. I derive great pleasure from working with families and owners to ensure them and their dog can fix behavioral issues, and live a pleasant and wonderful existence together. Its all about realigning certain "troubled" dogs to be man's best friend again. No matter the breed, nor the age.

Sean perfored quite exellently compared to the previous trainer we had. Sean takes a different approach compared to your average "run of the mill" dog trainer. Most dog trainers will take a overly positive approach to training dogs, but as i have learned, this approach does not always work, especially when we are trying to solve behavioral issues. Waving treats in front of a dogs face might be perfect for getting them to do entertainment for guests, but when it comes time to prevent biting, barking, scratching and more, a more nuetral approach is necessary. Sean uses techniques much like Cesar Millan (the dog whisperer) and in our case was able to produce results the very first day! He addresses problems calmly and asseses the situation before deciding what actions to take. He talked about how mothers would treat behavioral problems in dogs, and strives to treat problems similairly to the mother, as this provides lasting change. And let me tell you, the change was lasting!

Asked to fix the behavioral issues in our 3-year old boxer. He had aggression towards certain people and dogs. Sean definetly did more than I expected as he trained the dog and mostly myself to be able to lead our dog with emotional stability. Great great help...

Sean was absolutley excellent with my shitzu. I didnt realize how I was reinforcing bad behaviors, but once he taught me dog psychology it made much more sense.

I liked Sean. He didnt take any crap, and made me accountable for my dogs issues. Part of me wished that I was not part of the problem with my dogs issues, but I was indeed. I had a labrador with terrible anxiety issues and Sean heped him build confidence, and helped me build confidence in myself as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a Price Guarantee, in which I will lower my price lower than your best quote or offer by another trainer. (I have a passion for helping dogs and will sacrifice money if it means you allowing me to help you and your dog.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will always start off with a 10-30min long phone interview so that I may jot down and learn specifically what the dogs issues are. The more information I know, the better I am equipped to help the family. I usually ask the the owner or "representative" (the person that took the initiative to contact me) to send me a video of the dog misbehaving, or lashing out.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with A LOT of small issues with dogs. Small issues include barking, jumping and anxiety. I have worked with a good amount of medium issues with dogs. These include nipping, small aggression, fear of certain noises, neurosis, destruction of property, and more. I have worked with a handful of Large issue dogs. Large issues include severe fright, aggression, or other severe behavior of sorts.
