- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is different and has specific needs. We believe we can give people the best price and quality through working on the specifics of an event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first give a quote I try to give a ballpark of the price- that's what a quote is for. However- that can change considerably after I learn more details about the event. There's a lot that goes into pricing an event and to give people the best price it's important to know as many details as possible. After getting details I like to create a more specific menu and plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school and eight years of on the job experience. I have executed parties of two people to two hundred people.
