Introduction: I offer a twelve week program starting with a free Transformation Session where we evaluate your fitness and discuss your nutrition. From there we use a program with a proven track record and diet to get you where you need to be. I also include a private Facebook page where my clients can ask questions, share experiences, bond, and cheer each other on. We're in this together. I love helping people. I enjoy making programs and helping drive people to be better. I want you to be the best you. It's all about making you healthy.

Michael is great! After two years of inactivity and being a couch potato in general, I was experiencing a lot of pain and depression. Michael got me motivated, in shape, and feeling better than I have in probably ten years! He did everything he could to work around my schedule, and even tried to find a gym that was convenient for me. Oh, and he's devilishly handsome too!
