Introduction: About Catering by Dani and Fresco's Pasta Bar Catering by Dani has been in business since June 2008 and has catered every type of event from small intimate dinner parties of 10-20 to large events such as Pow Wows for 600 people, corporate functions for 400 and weddings for 50-350. We do an average of 60-70 events a year with an average number of guests being 150. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best food, service and pricing available in our industry. We offer traditional, ethnic and organic catering as well all inclusive packages for plated and buffet dinners. We offer cocktail hours, heavy appetizers, picnic style meals, breakfast, brunch, box lunches, buffet, plated and family style dinners. Masquerade Catering by Dani caters all types of gatherings and events, using local ingredients, farmer’s markets, natural and organic food whenever possible. We pride our catering services on our menu, food presentation, service and green ability. Masquerade Catering has been awarded by the Knot as top ten best caterer 2 years in a row. 2009 and 2010. As part of our effort to support our local farmers and community we purchase our food from local farmers and also donate our leftover food to local charity organizations and homeless shelters. We are making an honest effort to leave less of a carbon foot print than other caterers and take proper measures to reduce, reuse, and recycle as well as to give back to the community. We have done several charities events and volunteer work within the twin cities and pride ourselves in our effort to make every and any event the best event possible. Catering by Dani takes pride in creating exceptional cuisine with unique plate presentation and distinct flavors. We assure service with passion, honesty, integrity and taste. Any leftover food is either packaged and sent home with the client or donated to the local homeless shelter
