I met Dylan at a parade last year and have been training with him ever since. We never do the same workout twice and he listens about what areas I want to work on. Here is our workout from this morning: 30 mins class 2 mins warm up 3 mins teach moves 30 seconds each Mountain climbers Bicycle Trunk rotations Wood chops Bird dog Plank Rest 30 X 5 circuits Sent from my iPad

I've trained with them 3 days a week for 3 weeks and am happy so far. Dylan really kicks my butt every session and that's what I wanted.

I met Dylan at a volleyball tournament and hired him to train me as I was nearing my 40th bday and didn't want to feel over the hill. We work together 3 days a week and while he is a very laid back guy, he's extremely knowledgeable and he pushes me to go the extra mile. I've been really pleased with the Changes I've seen since I began training with him and his prices are half of what most certified trainers ask.

I have worked with Dylan for the past 3 months and I train with him 4 times per week. We never do the same workout twice and he is easy to talk to about my life. I can't imagine training on my own after working with a trainer for the first time. I have had my meal plans designed by Dylan for the past month and getting my diet clean has really helped the results in the gym. I don't dread working out and i have friends who pay 5x Dylan's rate and don't even care for their trainers. I was happy to write a review for Dylan when he asked me to. Best in the business.

I found Dylan on Craigslist and he asked me to write him a review on here. I used to be athletic I'm high school but became inactive in college and worse with a desk job. I workout with Dylan 3 nights a week and we do a mix of circuit training for cardio and strength. He gives me free advice for my diet and I've seen good results. He was the motivation I needed and I'm glad I hired him.
