Chef Dawayne and Chef Carlitha are both ACF certified chefs. With 15 years of culinary experience in restaurants and catering companies.

We have catered for many types of customers throughout the years. From Mayor Mitch Landrieu in City Hall. To Ruby Bridges local activist. We have done Holiday parties for the head of the board of FNBC. To the VIP's of Shell for Jazz Festival.
