Services include: * Key/pass code holder - Letting in cleaners and any service people. Handling scheduling as needed *Light shopping and replenishing of house supplies, cleaning, paper supplies, groceries * Light design work - replacing/refreshing/ shopping any interior decor that is needed upon request. Always done with style. Specialties include vintage, thrift and mid-century modern. Base Fees: $100 check in/check out per booking guest and cleaners. $300/month - for up to 5 booking per month, basic management duties. $40/hr - decor shopping
