Introduction: I am a self-taught baker who perfected her skills over the past decade while creating special event cakes, cookies and cupcakes for family and friends. While I continue to cook for those closest to me, I wanted to share my passion with others looking for extraordinary service, creativity, quality, and detail in their baked goods.
In addition to making desserts, I offer private cooking/baking classes, especially for children. Having taught both cooking and baking classes at summer camps, I am experienced in teaching how to cook and bake, and I make it FUN! I choose recipes that my customers can customize and put their own spin on it, such as anti-gravity cupcakes, pizza, French toast, and guacamole. At the end of the class, I provide a mini cookbook with the recipes we've made so that they can be recreated at home.
First and foremost, I am all about listening to YOU, the customer, and what you want. I am flexible and willing to work with you to make the dessert or baking/cooking class that's perfect for your needs.
