I’ve been lucky enough to have eaten her food a few times now and I can’t say enough about how delicious it is. She is a delight to work with and I was initially impressed by her formal training as well. But after experiencing her cooking, all that really matters is that she really knows how to make things that are absolutely fantastic to eat!!!

Amy is incredibly professional and I really enjoy working with her. She is reliable in any situation, quick to respond, thorough with her work, her plates always look beautiful, she is experienced in working with several cuisines and I have never been disappointed or underwhelmed with the flavors and quality of her dishes.

She is respectful and trust worthy. You can always depend on her to brighten your day with her great attitude and her drive to get it done right as team. Her pallet is undeniable. She can calm a chaotic with out batting an eye. You really can't get any better.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The steps for working together: 1. We talk about menus, types of service and your preferences. 2. I develop a menu and budget based on those requests and send to you for approval. 3. We would meet and lay out a plan for exactly how everything will go the day of. I like to have it all planned out so you can relax and enjoy without any worries. We confirm that you are hiring us as your caterer/personal chef and sign the appropriate forms. At this time you would pay a deposit to reserve your date. 4. 4 days prior to the event we would touch base, confirm again and at this time you would settle your account with us. 5. The day of your event, everything is in place and the food is delicious. Everyone leaves full and happy! 6. We clean up our mess and leave the space like we were never there.
