- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remote Support - $75.00 an hour (billed in 1/2 hour increments) On-Site Support - $100.00 an Hour (1 hour minimum)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to you and for no charge get a better understanding of the issue you need assistance with. Then we will provide you with a quote (written if needed) so that you are fully aware of the costs of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have years of business IT experience and we only employ the best in the industry.
