- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually give low rates, the more rooms the bigger the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a 15 minute on phone consultation and providing them with a rough quote, if they are happy with my price and decide to set up an appointment then I can do a better set price. It's like they're getting 2 quotes and no interruption from your busy schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in painting for over 10 years. Started as a helper and worked through the levels of professionalism.
