- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For concrete install, removal, resurfacing and pressure washing; we charge by the square foot. We provide a 10% discounts to all active duty and veteran service members. We accept checks, credit card and cash. Any payments with credit card will have a processing fee included into project payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with the customer at the project location and view the project site. We will also take measurements and gather as much detail from the customer about the project. After the initial appointment we will follow up via email with an estimate for the job. Once the customer has receives the estimate and selects us to complete the project, we will then schedule a start date and notify the customer of any changes in the schedule up until the start date.
