Mike is fantastic! Right from the start, it's been a great experience. Mike is respectful and courteous. He is helpful on the phone and in person. He responds to every text and email and shows up on time, every time. He is honest and communicative. He gives you the time you need and has the most pleasant disposition. He is very patient, especially with a person like me, who changes their mind a lot, even as a home improvement project progresses. He has great ideas and is super helpful. Mike would drop off catalogs and samples for me and bring me information on more cost effective options. He has spent countless hours helping me sort through options and planning my project. He even came over to supervise the delivery of the materials! The project was a facelift on my house. I wanted to remodel the front of my home by covering some old brink with beautiful new stone. I also added matching stone pillars to my porch, and made the porch look better with a new concrete overlay on top of my old concrete. I also had an abstract stamped pattern and a light gray stain on the new overlay. It looks like I have a new house. My front porch looks amazing and I can't wait to spend time out there this season. Mike's work is quality and exceptional. I love it! In addition, my neighbors are crazy about my new home improvement and every person who walks by looks at how beautiful my house front is now. I have received so many compliments. I'm still getting some more work done and plan on a new driveway to complete the look. And of course, I plan on having Mike do the work. I'm so confident in Mike's work, I've passed out several of his business cards to people that have come over to admire his work on my house. He knows his stuff. Bottom line, hire this guy!!! Mike from Prestige Home Construction was promp to respond to our initial request for a quote for the installation of kitchen ceramic backsplash tile and two murals. His proposal was very competitive and he arrived at our home on the agreed start date. He showed craftsmanship in his work and he took precautions to minimize any cleanup during the ceramic tile installation. We were very pleased with the finished tile installation. I would consider using his services again and would recommend others to consider Prestige as their ceramic tile contractor.

Not really, I like to look at each job first and get all the details that way I can write up an accurate estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I talk to a customer through phone or email and we set up a time for me to come look at the job. I write up an estimate for them and if we agree on everything I give them a start date and I work on the job until it's completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 15- 20 years of construction experience.
