- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a 15 minute consultation at no charge to the customer, to get a better understanding of what the clients goal is, and then we can break it down from there. Allows me to talk with the client about what they are willing to commit to, what their plans are, and how they feel they can achieve them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied psychology, anthropology, and sociology, with a concentration on human behavior. I am a certified nurse assistant (CNA), and have CPR certification. I am a relaxed therapist specialist, stretch specialist, and have a personal training certification. Also I have 25 years of coaching experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being obese for 20 years, I was faced with the option to either live or die, and I chose to live. I created this program (feelgoodlookinggood) to share with people that basically you can do anything you put your mind to. I had many health problems and decided to make the change and created this program. Because of the feelgoodlookinggood program I created, I was able to lose 170 pounds, while re-defining my life style.
