- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My expertise in Business Plans is very wide for many types of businesses, some of them are implicitly large projects and some are very simple and it goes from $1000 - $5000 depends of the business. But most small Businesses goes about $2000 for 40-50 pages of the entire Business Plan which takes about 4 weeks to prepare. Just the Marketing Strategy and the Financials which often analyzed by the investors takes two weeks to make it right. Some people are not aware, but many times investors walks away when they see a marketing strategy that not convincing enough and once this is wrong than automatically the whole Financials will be inaccurate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually once I'm taking the project, I first meet with customer to take the basic information that related to the business, review it and provide them with guidance how we are going to implement this. In many cases during the 2-3 weeks project we meet at least twice a week to provide the updates on the progress. Regarding the compensations, I usually charge very minimum just to start the Job immediately and depends on the type of Business in some cases I charge them after we get the funding if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owning my own Business is the main impeccable experience. I did study Business in Columbia University as well as network administration. But a significant part that set the tone for my success is the people that I am involved with. Countless of times my clients were benefit from this. "It is not only what you know, it is who you know."
