- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. The pricing is variable depending upon the client's situation and whether or not their company is funding the coaching engagement. Please contact me for more information. Typically a 3 month minimum commitment is needed for a client to start seeing real results. I charge by the month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential new client contacts me, I will arrange for a 30 - 45 minute conversation via phone or Skype. In this conversation I will explain what coaching is (and is not), the benefits my clients have achieved, and that I too have achieved (I continue to work with my own Executive Coach). I'll answer any questions, and will send the potential client additional information to consider in email. If we both agree this is a good fit and the potential client wants to proceed with an engagement, we will schedule our first session and get started from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a year's intensive on site and distance learning professional coach training program through The Coaches Training Institute, one of the largest and most reputable institutions of its kind, training coaches globally for over 20 years. In addition I have had my own Executive Coach for over a year. And finally, I have made many career and life transitions myself - from flight attendant to school teacher to a 30 year career in the high tech industry in sales management and executive positions in both large and smaller private equity owned companies.
