I train with Taj to improve mobility and agility. He is very well versed in a variety of training methods such as high intensity interval training, animal movement, power and strength training, and training for speed. When I first started training with Taj we focused on flexibility and joint dexterity, now with a sound foundation, Taj has me working on explosive movement. He is also well versed in nutrition and always finds ways to challenge and motivate me. He's a consummate professional who remains engaged in every session providing timely feedback and follows up with ideas and tips for the following session. Taj is an excellent personal trainer. From the moment I met him he really took interest and show that he cared about me achieving my personal fitness goals. Taj encouraged me to keep going when I wanted to quit. Taj was very reliable and attentive to my needs when it came to fitness and eating healthy. He also helped me create a meal plan for myself and when I had the urge to have sugar or eat unhealthy Taj was only text message way giving me alternatives that helped me stay on the right track. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $100/hourly with 10% discounts based on program sizes. 6pk - $600 12pk - $1200 24pk - $2400
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer I'll meet with them to discuss their goals. Once completed I take baseline measurements like blood pressure, heart rate, body composition and a functional movement screen. I'll offer them a free session based on their measurements and offer training packages based on need and frequency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am Tier 3 Performance Coach from Equinox holding a variety of nationally accredited certifications. I am currently certified in Body weight training,Kettlebell,Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post Natal, and ViPR.
