Hello,
I moved recently to my new apartment on and wanted to change the locks, for safety reasons. I called a few locksmith companies and NY Locksmith were the first one to respond, and the guy who spoke to me on the other line was so nice and informative, that I booked their services right away, for the next day.
The guy who came to change my locks was super nice and even brought me coffee with him! (We scheduled for 8:30am). He came right on time, had everything he needed with him, got right to work and was done in less then 30 minutes.
Bottom line - highly recommended!
