Sam is a dream! I was extremely lucky to find her for our project - She has created our website and social media for penelopesstories.com. Sam has a diverse set of skills and is the easiest person to work with, She immediately understood the scope of our project and has has gone above and beyond to translate our vision to the site and to the overall creative direction. I originally worked with two other designers before hiring Sam. When discussing the project with Sam she created a very clear proposal that laid out the project with a timeline that she has done a great job of keeping us to. In addition to being very pleased with the quality of her work, I have had a great time working with her. Sam has not only created all of the visual and marketing for the site, she is also teaching me to navigate both the web design and the social media for the business. She has been extremely patient at the same time as being extremely clear - to the extent that what was once intimidating and overwhelming now feels much less complicated and scary.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can do almost anything in under 6 weeks. We will assess all of your needs and send you a proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. PHONE INTRO: I have about 8-10 questions to ask you to understand the scope of work. 2. PREPARE PROPOSAL: Outline scope of work, timeline, cost. 3. AGREEMENT: Both parties agree and get to work! 4. DEEP DISCOVERY: Out line in detail site maps, wire frames, draft etc. and provide options of visual creatives to have approved by client to understand creative direction. 5. VERSIONS: Creative versions will be presented to you with in 7-10 days for approval. 6. SET-UP/IMPLEMENTATION: All creative pieces will be implemented and laid out in website map. 7. FINAL STAGES: We will review all elements and make final tweaks of any comments/changes. **All Social Media building, Logo or other Marketing Material etc. will be created with in this timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over 10+ years. I attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and majored in Advertising Marketing Communications. I have worked for major Fashion houses such as Michael Kors & Armani and have been involved with many start up companies; assisting and consulting in branding and website design.
