- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We can do almost anything in under 6 weeks. We will assess all of your needs and send you a proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. PHONE INTRO: I have about 8-10 questions to ask you to understand the scope of work. 2. PREPARE PROPOSAL: Outline scope of work, timeline, cost. 3. AGREEMENT: Both parties agree and get to work! 4. DEEP DISCOVERY: Out line in detail site maps, wire frames, draft etc. and provide options of visual creatives to have approved by client to understand creative direction. 5. VERSIONS: Creative versions will be presented to you with in 7-10 days for approval. 6. SET-UP/IMPLEMENTATION: All creative pieces will be implemented and laid out in website map. 7. FINAL STAGES: We will review all elements and make final tweaks of any comments/changes. **All Social Media building, Logo or other Marketing Material etc. will be created with in this timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in this industry for over 10+ years. I attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and majored in Advertising Marketing Communications. I have worked for major Fashion houses such as Michael Kors & Armani and have been involved with many start up companies; assisting and consulting in branding and website design.
