After consulting with them for weeks to settle on the perfect beverage menu-- including two signature cocktails, champagne, and craft beer for their discriminating tastes, my bartender and I visited their studio in Soho to give them a customized tasting. They loved the drinks and it was an extremely effective way to both demonstrate our bartending services and meet our clients in advance of their event.
