- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical hourly rates are about $150 depending upon the complexity of the work, the number of hours required, and the business stage. That said, we always try to find a way to scale the project to meet our client's budget. For funding related projects, we can work on a flat fee upfront or a percentage of the raise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to stark with an initial consult when possible. We can provide a free assessment of the business and discuss where we might be able to help. With all new clients, it is important to create a scope of work, where the objectives of the project and the key deliverables are clearly articulated with mutually agreed on due dates and clear payment terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from Syracuse University. On our team, we have people who have raised capital, started and sold companies, brokered loans, and other deals. We also have experts with Finance and Accounting, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Analog Marketing.
