- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing $20 per person (2meals/2 person minimum) 1 appetizer 1 small plate entree $30 per person (3meals/2 person minimum) 1 appetizer 1regular entree 1side $40 per person (3meals/2person minimum) 1 appetizer 1 entree 2 sides 1 desert or homemade drink Their is also a surcharge My hourly rate is $30 a hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduce my self & allow them to do the same. Find out their likes & dislikes allergies & anything of that sort. I also check for any doctor requested dietary restrictions just so I can custom each meal to fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've never bin to culinary school but I was well trained coming from a line of chefs in the family. I also worked in a number restaurants in the city Vegan delight,Uptown juice bar, Red Bamboo & strictly Roots jus to name a few.
