Introduction: Clients should hire me for three reasons: 1. My Credentials. Unlike 90% of personal trainers out there I have a degree in exercise physiology and strength and conditioning. The more knowledge you have of how the body's mechanics work, the easier you can achieve results without injury. 2. You will have a monthly PLAN specific to your needs. When you train with me you will have a training program. Unlike many trainers, I design a training program for you that looks months into the future. I do not deign plans the night before or give you exercises as we go along. You will have workouts to do on your days off from me and nutritional guidance and help along the way. 3. My fitness APP. When you buy personal training sessions with my company, you automatically receive my APP for free. When we do not meet that doesn't mean you get the day off. We will discuss how many days you can work out in a given week and you will have workouts assigned to you in the APP. It gives virtual demonstrations of the exercises so it is easy to follow. We will also track your nutrition and measurements on there so you can see exactly how far you have come. Another extremely popular option I have for clients is using the Online Training APP by yourself. This is a much more affordable option compared to Personal Training. I offer the first month free. After that the pricing is as follows: 3 Months = $90 6 Months = $150 12 Months = $240 To sign up you just go to bodiesbybennett.net, go to the online training option at the top of the page and click on the sign up button. Adam is not only my trainer but also my friend. He helped me get in the best shape I have ever been in for my wedding. He can tailor to your needs and fitness goals and will also keep any injuries or limitations in mind. He has a vast knowledge of the human body, nutrition, and overall fitness and incorporates lifting, strength training, and high intensity cardio. He has been my trainer for 6 years now and I am very happy with the relationship we have established. He has even given me workouts to do on my own when I am out of town or don't have a gym while traveling.

My husband and I have been training with Adam Bennett for over 4 years. He does a great job keeping my workouts focused with an ongoing variety of new challenges. I workout at home or the park, and Adam trains my husband at his office.
