Around Town Entertainment provided an 11 piece band for our wedding reception in Chelsea New York this April. They were incredible and the rave reviews from our friends and family are still flowing in! The jazz quartet played during our cocktail hour outside the reception space on the lawn. They were lovely and really set the tone for the event. The band leader was incredible and really kept the program going and the toasts moving along. The music selection was wonderful and it flowed perfectly from the "bride and groom announcement and song" until they finished 4 hours later. The band had no problem getting people up on the dance floor and guests even started dancing between courses during dinner, which was great! The band was so phenomenal we couldn’t keep our guests in their seats! They would have danced into the wee hours of the morning if the band had kept going. Thank you so much to Around Town Entertainment for your professional organization, song suggestions, and amazing band! The day was incredibly special. SC

The Around Town Band played our wedding in Mystic, Connecticut and we could not have been happier with the experience. During the planning stages, Adam was quick to respond to any questions from our first conversation right up until our wedding day. The band did an amazing job from start to finish, from our wedding party introductions to our first dance as a couple straight through to the last dance of the night. They combined new hits with some of the classics to make sure all of our guests were up and dancing. 3+ months later we are STILL hearing from guests telling us it was the best wedding band they have ever heard. We booked the nine piece Around Town band for our wedding out in Montauk, NY in June of this year, and we cannot say enough good things about them. Our guests were RAVING about the music, and we could not stop dancing! Every time we went to sit to eat, they would play another great song. Every musician is incredibly talented, and they played to our guest's tastes perfectly. We loved their versions of some classics better than the originals! Adam, the band leader, was a dream to work with - responsive and accommodating. He worked with us to include a jazz duo for our extended cocktail hour, which really set a beautiful tone for the rest of the wedding. There is a reason every review you read is five stars - you cannot book a better band for your wedding. Thank you again Around Town!

Around Town Entertainment was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights from our wedding! Adam was so incredibly easy to work with and met all our needs. They played all the songs we requested and sounded amazing! All our of guests were talking about how wonderful the band was and the dance floor was full the whole night. I couldn't recommend Around Town enough. They out performed our expectations!!

We first speak with each client to learn exactly what they are looking for in the way of entertainment for their event. We custom fit the size of each band to fit the event based on size, style and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our musicians and vocalist have been fully trained and are ready to perform from our extensive 1000 song library
