- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly services as well as packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I need to get to know what the client wants to achieve and the skills and experience they have. We can then work to showcase these skills on their resume. We want to discuss career options, marketing and networking strategies. At some point, the customer may want to have mock interview sessions. Finally, we want to discuss follow up after interviews or meetings and hopefully offer negotiations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former Hiring Manager, having interviewed over 15,000 candidates in Fortune 500 companies. I have reviewed probably 100,000 resumes in my career. I know what companies and interviewers want to see and hear. I am a Leader who was a Limited Partner at a Fortune 500 firm and provided leadership coaching. I am a former litigation attorney who understands the importance of communication and selling oneself.
