We are a young start up that is incorporated as a C Corp and being that this is our first C Corp we had no idea of all the differnt tax filings that were needed and when to file which was stressing me out. 83b selection, NYS 45, etc... there seemed to be no end to me figuring out what to do.
Chris helped us get past the stress of not knowing what to do or how to maximize our filings. He has been great at schooling us on what is what and has always been fast with response time and available to jump on a call which is very important to us.
