Thank you Gregg, it was a pleasure meeting you.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do depending on the type of job that it is and what kind of tools equipment I'm going to need for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get as much information as possible from the customer, so I can make sure that # 1 I can do the job. #2 I want to make sure we are on the same page, the customer has described the job in detail. And that I am fully understanding what it is that they need, so that I can do the job correctly and make sure that in the end they are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been doing this type of work for over 35 years. I've done every type of construction / handyman work you can think of. I was trained and schooled on the jobs.
