Rick can fix it
About this pro
Easy to schedule. On time. Hourly rate was much less than job estimates from others. Will use for other work.Jun 7, 2018Verified

Thank you Gregg, it was a pleasure meeting you.
I'm glad I hired Rick to work on my projects (assemble and install two ceiling fans, replace faucet, medicine cabinet and light in the bathroom. He used his professional judgement on a few of the items rather than just getting the job done because I asked. Turns out my entire apartment is jerry-rigged and Rick spent several more hours here than he had planned. I'm glad Rick took his time to do it right. I was skeptical hiring a handyman here in NYC, but Rick was great and I'd definitely hire him again in the future.May 22, 2017Verified
We found Rick on short notice and he came through for us quick! He hung two of our ceiling lights and pointed to us the old electric wire could be a problem down the line, and recommend that we get that problem fixed. He was easy & great to work with. Will def use him againJun 5, 2018Verified
Rick was a great all-around hitter, helped me out with several jobs and was pleasant and professional throughout. He hung pendant lights, window shades, and air conditioners, and fixed some door locks. I’d hire him again when needed.May 10, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do depending on the type of job that it is and what kind of tools equipment I'm going to need for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get as much information as possible from the customer, so I can make sure that # 1 I can do the job. #2 I want to make sure we are on the same page, the customer has described the job in detail. And that I am fully understanding what it is that they need, so that I can do the job correctly and make sure that in the end they are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been doing this type of work for over 35 years. I've done every type of construction / handyman work you can think of. I was trained and schooled on the jobs.
