Introduction: YOUR WEDDING by Lauren is a New York City based, month-of wedding coordination company offering affordable event services to couples who want to enjoy their day worry-free. Being "month-of," YWbL comes in approximately 31 days before Your Wedding, absorbs all the information you have (emails, contracts, terms of service, hopes, dreams etc.) and once on-boarded, YWbL takes the lead, giving you relief in that event professional will handle all your needs and you can focus on your family, friends, and enjoying Your Wedding. In taking the lead, YWbL does the following: TAKE OVER VENDOR + VENUE RESPONSIBILITY. Just in time, YWbL steps in right as vendors start asking about the nitty gritty, the gross, the annoying, and the completely unromantic questions such as "where does trash go?" YWbL will answer any/all questions, confirm their contracts match your requests, update numbers, and coordinate delivery, set-up, load-in and load-out, etc. Once YWbL takes over vendor and venue responsibility, your communication can be streamlined if you wish- you can just talk/text/email Lauren and we will have it handled, giving you a smaller inbox and a smaller to-do list. FIND THE MISSING GAPS. During our initial download meeting, YWbL asks you all about how you envision your day and what you've booked thus far. We then cross-reference that information with contracts and past email conversations and identify any missing gaps or items that perhaps have not yet been discussed. So there will be no need to wrack your brain to determine what you might have missed! CREATE A MASTER TIMELINE. With all of the information YWbL has for Your Wedding, on top of prior experience, we create a day-of timeline (the Master Memo), the guidebook for Your Wedding (you could estimate approximately 20 pages long). We also make pared down versions of this timeline for vendors, family, bridal party or officiant- whoever wants/needs the guidance! You will feel completely prepared on the day of-- leaving plenty of room for you to just soak it all in. RUN THE REHEARSAL. We are there for your rehearsal to run through the ceremony, confirming the set-up and talk out any traditions or questions (about which hand goes where, who has the rings, etc.). YWbL makes sure all groups know where to be the following day at what time and answer any outstanding questions. RUN YOUR WEDDING! Along with our trusty emergency supply kit, YWbL will be there from the very beginning of set-up to the very end of Your Wedding. Since we will have worked together laying things out for the month prior, I will know all of your expectations (and hopes and dreams) for your day like they are own own. We are there at the top of the day, greeting all the vendors and take you through the entire day- ceremony, cocktails, dances, toasts, send-offs and just about anything else included in your day, I've got you covered- allowing you AND your family to enjoy the day totally worry-free. PUT OUT ALL FIRES. With life being what it is, small things come up. During the planning and coordinating, YWbL eliminates any bumps, changes, errors, or small crises unbeknownst to you as much as possible. We've covered just about everything you can imagine. We love the pop flys! When envisioning their Wedding Day, couples dream about the first look, the outfits, the dances, the vows. They do NOT dream about the room flips, the transportation schedule, the missing bow tie, the catering service schedule, electrical outlets, the gift removal, or the trash pick-up. That is the reason YWbL does business. We love serving our clients so they can have the day they've always dreamed of and we can take care of the dirty work for them.
